Service Credits

  • Our service credits are exactly that—a credit amount in USD towards services provided. They may be offered through email, in Touch-Up Kits, social media, or another way.

  • Your service credit, depending on how you received it, should have a Service Credit Code (“CB#####”) and a Service Credit Expiry (“XX/XX/XX”) in your offer or on the printed card.

    During initial inquiry, you have the option to add that information in your questionnaire. Then, your estimate will reflect the credit.

    Of course, you may also mention it any time during the booking process to have it apply. It may not apply prior to the second, final payment (within 30 days of event date).

    They may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

  • Yes, service credits may not be applied after second, final payment (within 30 days of event date).

    They are a one-time use.

    They may not be stacked.

  • If your service credit is one of the printed cards, absolutely! They’re made to be transferable, so you can gift them to somebody who can benefit from the opportunity.

    Any other types are subject to different rules.
